When you like an article/ post you just need to click the +1 symbol .So it will automatic increase the reader to read your post more frequently .
The step to get this google +1
1.Go to blogger dashboard >Design > Edit HTML
2.Click ‘Expand widget Templates’.
3.Find this code: </head> then PASTE below script above it

you can change size of the red word to small,medium and tall.. or leave it to default
